Sr. QA Automation Engineer / SDET at Adoreal

We (Torre) are helping Adoreal find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sr. QA Automation Engineer / SDET.

Compensation:
USD 3K/month.
+ Bonuses (up to 12% of base compensation)

Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 5+ years of experience in QA testing.
- You have 3+ years of experience in software automation.
- You are proficient in agile methodologies and Playwright.
- English - Conversational.

Strong English communication skills are a must, and you will be required to pass a proficiency test.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team on building highly scalable and high-performance products and services.
- Lead the quality of backend services, focusing on scalability and maintainability.
- Ensure high quality systems through automated and manual testing.
- Help to monitor systems in production to guarantee their performance and stability.
- Collaborate with DevOps for smooth and reliable software releases
- Automate processes within the DevOps pipeline; identify opportunities for efficiency gains and reducing time-to-market and enabling continuous delivery.
- Working closely with the Product Management and Support teams to ensure all technical requirements for new projects are captured, designed, and developed according to those requirements.
- Anticipate risks, evaluate, and communicate impact and potential solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee smooth and successful releases.

Qualifications:
- Experience with Playwright end-to-end testing.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience.
- Excellent leadership and communications skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Git working proficiency.
