We're looking for a proactive Legal Assistant with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to act as the primary point of contact between our company and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing litigation documents (pleadings, motions, briefs).
File legal documents with state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court rules.
Conduct legal research and analyze statutes and case law.
Organize and maintain legal files and records.
Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with legal procedures is a plus.
NO PREVIOUS LEGAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
