THE OPPORTUNITY
E710LABS is seeking three to five Project Managers to design and implement social media ecosystems and strategies for the U.S. financial services industry.
Selected candidates will work with Miami-based executive leadership to strengthen consumer trust, improve engagement, and connect financial brands with valuable audience segments. The role combines social media, AI, behavioral economics, data analysis, and digital innovation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design social media strategies for U.S. financial consumers, segmented by generation, investment profile, financial needs, and behavioral triggers.
• Use the algorithms of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X to improve reach, engagement, distribution, and conversion.
• Apply generative AI and machine-learning tools to analyze sentiment, anticipate churn, and personalize content.
• Manage projects from planning through execution, monitoring, evaluation, and post-project analysis.
• Build executive dashboards using metrics such as ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Lifetime Value, and share of voice.
• Lead A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve creative assets, messaging, targeting, and consumer journeys.
• Research financial literacy barriers, trust drivers, wealth habits, and digital consumption patterns.
• Analyze banks, neobanks, fintech companies, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Develop buyer personas and omnichannel journey maps for the U.S. market.
• Present recommendations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be fully available and able to work effectively in a demanding remote environment.
Applicants must demonstrate advanced or near-native proficiency in English and Spanish and communicate professionally in both languages.
The position is open to senior-year students and recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Strategic Management, or a related field.
Candidates should be proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Tableau or Power BI, social media management platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney. They must be able to transform complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, accountability, autonomy, adaptability, and commitment to quality are essential.
VALUED DIFFERENTIATORS
Previous experience is valued but not mandatory. Relevant backgrounds may include financial services, fintech, insurance, regulated industries, performance marketing, programmatic advertising, SEO/SEM, attribution modeling, consulting, digital agencies, or high-growth startups.
Knowledge of the U.S. market and consumer behavior is an advantage. Familiarity with SEC or FINRA compliance may also strengthen an application.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Months 1 and 2 consist of an intensive, unpaid strategic sprint. Participants will work on real U.S. market challenges and will be evaluated on strategic thinking, execution speed, work quality, initiative, analytical ability, and cultural alignment.
Candidates who successfully complete the first two months may transition into a paid strategic role during Month 3. Compensation begins in the third month and will be aligned with market standards.
Outstanding participants may qualify for a discretionary completion bonus. At the end of the program, E710LABS expects to offer permanent full-time contracts to the two or three Fellows who demonstrate the strongest strategic ability, leadership potential, commercial judgment, and overall performance.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Participants will receive mentorship from senior partners and U.S. market directors with global industry experience. Graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion and a personalized executive-level Letter of Recommendation signed by Miami leadership.
The fellowship also offers the opportunity to build a portfolio of digital strategies and analytical frameworks for the financial sector. Successful candidates may continue working remotely from Latin America, with the possibility of future relocation to Miami.
