Compensation:
USD1K - 1.25K/month.
Location:
Remote (for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Colombia residents).

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer with a strong interest in web design and development to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience with Figma and Webflow, along with a passion for creating user-friendly, visually appealing websites. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites using Webflow, ensuring they are optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve site visibility and search rankings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality, performance, or user experience.
- Support the design and development team in delivering projects on time and with high-quality standards
Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma and Webflow, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Familiarity with responsive design practices and web development fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to web design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and align with Adoreal’s values of teamwork, punctuality, and aesthetic excellence.
