Compensation:
COP 10M  - 16M/month.

Responsibilities and more:
Join our team as an IT Engineer! We are looking for a professional who is passionate about technology and has the skills to solve technical problems efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be
- Blockchain Solutions Development: Design, implement, and maintain Blockchain-based applications and platforms.
- Token and Smart Contract Creation: Develop custom tokens and smart contracts on platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain or Hyperledger, Polygon.
- Architecture and Design: Design scalable and secure architectures for Blockchain systems, considering aspects such as privacy, scalability, and interoperability.
- Integration with Cloud Platforms: Work with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure, to implement Blockchain solutions.

Technical Skills Required:
- Experience in Blockchain Platforms: Minimum 2 years of experience in developing tokens and smart contracts on platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain or Hyperledger, Polygon.
- Microsoft Azure skills: Experience using Azure services to implement and manage blockchain solutions.
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Solidity, Go, Java, Pyton or C++ to develop smart contracts and decentralized applications.
- Blockchain Security: Understand common vulnerabilities in blockchain and know how to mitigate risks.
- Cryptography Knowledge: Understand the underlying cryptographic principles in blockchain.

Soft Skills Needed:
- Effective Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Technical and Conversational English (C1 -C2): Be able to communicate with colleagues and customers in English.
- Problem Solving: Face technical challenges and find creative solutions.
