This is a cool job because you'll convert warm leads into appointments and empower chiropractors to grow.

Compensation:
USD 1K - 2.5K/month.

Location:
Remote (for Colombia residents).

- You are proficient in CRM (Customer relationship management), sales, Slack, and Telesales.
- Spanish - Fully fluent.
- English - Fully fluent.

Insight Promote is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency dedicated exclusively to helping chiropractors dominate their local markets. We specialize in generating high-quality patient leads using proven digital strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more. Our goal is simple: empower chiropractors to focus on what they do best healing patients while we handle their practice growth.

We’re looking for ambitious, passionate, and driven Inside Sales Representatives to help convert warm, qualified leads into scheduled new patient appointments for our chiropractic clients.

Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative at Insight Promote, you will play a critical role in converting high-interest, inbound leads into booked patient appointments. No cold-calling these leads have already expressed interest! Your role involves consultative selling over the phone, educating prospective patients on chiropractic care options, and scheduling their first appointment.

What You’ll do:
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and online form submissions from warm leads.
- Engage prospects using consultative selling techniques to educate and convert them into booked appointments.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and booked appointments.
- Leverage CRM tools (we love Slack and GoHighLevel!) to efficiently manage leads and streamline your sales process.
- Act as a passionate advocate for our chiropractic partners, contributing directly to their practice growth and success.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of successful inside sales or phone sales experience required (2+ years preferred).
- Proven track record of high performance in a sales role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build immediate rapport.
- Comfortable working in a high-call volume environment (100+ calls daily).
- Driven, coachable, and eager to continuously improve and innovate.
- Technologically savvy with CRM systems, Slack, and remote work setups.

Technical Requirements:
- Laptop/Computer with 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac).
- Fast and reliable internet connection.
- Good and reliable microphone (is a bonus!).

Earnings and Compensation:
Base Pay: \$4–\$6 per hour (USD), depending on experience.
Base Salary Range: \$8,320 to \$12,480 at full-time, commensurate with experience.
If you're average: Earn up to \$22,080/year.
If you're Good: Reach up to \$29,280/year.
If you're Great: Achieve \$36,480+/year.
