Compensation:

As a Facebook Media Buyer in the lead generation affiliate marketing space, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality leads through paid advertising campaigns on Facebook (Meta). Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that campaigns meet key performance metrics such as cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS), while focusing on maximizing lead volume and quality. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and affiliate management teams to align strategies across industries and verticals, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization, audience targeting, and campaign scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook to drive leads for affiliate partners.
- Utilize Facebook’s Ads Manager to set up and optimize campaigns, leveraging tools like custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
- Analyze performance data to make informed decisions that optimize campaigns, focusing on CPL and ROAS.
- Work closely with the affiliate marketing team to ensure campaign strategies align with performance goals across various industries and verticals.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, focusing on scaling and maintaining profitability.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
- Implement lead generation funnels, customer journey mapping, and retargeting strategies to maximize results.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Facebook advertising, lead generation, and affiliate marketing.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer, ideally in lead generation or affiliate marketing.
- Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and optimizing campaigns for lead volume and performance.
- Familiarity with the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including an understanding of CPL, CPA, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and achieve aggressive performance goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and affiliate partners.
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels, customer journey mapping, and retargeting strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working across multiple verticals in the lead generation space (e.g., financial services, health, education, legal).
- Familiarity with third-party tracking software like Voluum, Everflow, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Knowledge of compliance and legal requirements for regulated industries.
