We are helping CS3 Training Innovations find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative.
Compensation:
USD 800 - 1.6K/month.
Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, México, Guatemala, El Salvador, Chile, Paraguay, Perú, Bolivia, Panamá, Nicaragua, and Honduras).

Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is coachable, and is highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
As a key player in our sales team, you will work closely with our appointment setters to convert qualified leads into satisfied clients. This is a role for a self-starter who is confident on the phone, eager to take daily training, and ready to take massive action to succeed. What you’ll do:
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on qualified leads from the appointment setters and convert them into sales.
- Client Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and communicate how our solutions can help them achieve their goals.
- CRM Management: Use GoHighLevel to manage leads, track progress, and stay organized.
- Daily Training: Participate in daily sales training sessions to sharpen your skills and improve your results.
- Take Action: Make outbound calls, follow up on warm leads, and close deals with confidence.
- Results-Oriented Work: Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings potential.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and not afraid to pick up the phone or take initiative.
- Open to learning, willing to train daily, and eager to grow professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel is a plus.
- Able to listen to prospects’ needs and tailor solutions to meet their goals.
- Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently while being part of a team.
- Reliable computer with a good camera and microphone and stable internet connection.
