We are helping Globaltize find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Appointment Setter.
Compensation:
Unpaid.
+ Commissions (~USD5K/month)
Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Paraguay, and Uruguay residents).

Hey there! Are you a killer appointment setter?
If so, we want to hire you immediately.
We are looking for an appointment setter to join our growing global team for full-time or part-time employment. At Globaltize, we’re a global headhunting agency focusing on connecting top talent from the Philippines and Latin America with U.S. companies, offering incredible payroll savings and exceptional service.
Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM PST, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours per week OR part-time.
We are on the hunt for someone who can prospect and generate leads, cold call them, set appointments, and manage them in our CRM. This is a commission-only position with the opportunity to earn thousands $$$ per month!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads.
- Cold call leads.
- Set appointments.
- Manage appointments in our CRM (Close.com).
Required Qualifications:
- Driven, self-motivated, and a killer at sales.
- Little to no accent with excellent English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRMs, especially Close.com.
Compensation:
- $75 per appointment set. It’s very possible to set one per day depending on lead quality ($2250/month).
Interview Process:
There will be one round of interviews, including an intro and mock call to test your sales skills.
