I’m helping ASAP Fence and Gates find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of After-Hours Virtual Lead Qualifier & Estimator Scheduler (Home Services).
This is a cool job because you’ll get to qualify leads and schedule estimates to drive growth in residential and commercial services.
Compensation:
USD 12 - 15/hour.
+ Bonuses (up to 30% of base compensation)
Location:
Remote (for Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, and Colombia residents).

- You are proficient in appointment management, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), customer service, and lead generation.
- Spanish - Fully fluent.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 4 PM to 9 PM EST.
- Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
Type: Part-time/Full-time depending on availability.
Compensation: $12–15/hour (based on experience).

We are a fast-growing fence installation company based in the U.S., known for excellent customer service and professional workmanship. We're expanding our team and looking for a reliable, fluent English-speaking Virtual Lead Qualifier & Estimator Scheduler to support our growth—especially during evenings and weekends when inbound lead volume is high.
Role Overview:
As our Lead Qualifier, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in receiving a quote for fence installation. Your job is to quickly qualify leads, determine if they meet our service criteria, and schedule on-site estimates using our internal tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, and email.
- Qualify prospects using a provided checklist and script.
- Book on-site estimates based on technician availability.
- Follow up on unresponsive leads to maximize conversions.
- Maintain CRM notes and lead status updates.
- Communicate with our team when urgent scheduling issues arise.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent/native English speaker.
- Experience in lead qualification, customer service, or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours, especially weekends and evenings.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in home services (fencing, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Prior experience booking estimates or dispatching technicians.
- Confidence making outbound calls to warm leads.
