In SOLVO GLOBAL we are looking for a HR Specialist to support recruitment and hiring process, manage employee relations and administer compensantion and benefits programs (among other responsabilities).
*Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
-Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.
-1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
-B2+ English Level
*Responsabilities:
-Recruiting and Hiring: Working with hiring managers to identify needs and find suitable candidates.
-Manage Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
-Training and Development: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
